What do you need to know about hand made products?

As many of my products are hand made or hand painted, each one is individual and I can’t guarantee that the product you receive will be exactly the same as the one you have seen on the website.  It will however always be similar and that’s what makes my products unique!  All products shown on the website are subject to availability and I will inform you by email as soon as possible if what you have ordered is not available.

Delivery Times

All my hand made and hand painted items are made by me, so could take up to 2 weeks for delivery as I also work full-time!  However, if I already have the item in stock, they will be despatched no later than within 5 days of receipt of payment.  If you need your order for a special occasion, let me know and I will try to get it to you in time.

Please ensure you provide the correct delivery address at the time of ordering.

Free postage is offered on all orders in excess of £35.  Orders below £35 are subject to a £4.95 postage fee.  Please enquire for overseas orders.

Returns

I hope you will be happy with your order, but should you wish to return any items (excluding personalised or made to order items) please contact me within 7 days and return the item to me in the same condition you received it.  I will then process a full refund. 

Payments

I don’t store any payment details, I leave that to Paypal. 

All payments are processed by Paypal and you can use a credit or debit card to pay if you don’t have a Paypal account. 

Prices on the website include VAT.
